Ochromonas Medium  

Directions 
Suitable for LB 1297 Poterioochromonas malhamensis, LB 1298 Ochromonas danica and LB 1300 Ochromonas minuta.

For 1 L Total
1. To approximately 900 mL of dH2O, add each of the components in the order specified while stirring continuously.
2. Bring total volume to 1 L with dH2O.
3. Autoclave medium.
4. Store at refrigerator temperature.
