Suitable for some of J.A. West's tropical green isolates that require less of the ES-enrichment in order to maintain the desired morphology and rate of growth (West 1984, pers. Comm.).
1. Aseptically add 10 mL of sterile ES Enrichment Solution per liter of Pasteurized Seawater (30 ppt).
