Suitable for some of J.A. West's tropical green isolates that require less of the ES-enrichment in order to maintain the desired morphology and rate of growth (West 1984, pers. Comm.).
1. Aseptically add 2 mL of sterile ES Enrichment Solution per liter of Pasteurized Seawater (30 ppt).
