5/3 Soil+Seawater Agar Medium  

Directions 
For marine algae that require salinities at 48 ppt.

For 1 L Total
1. Filter 1 L of Soil+Seawater Medium to remove soil particles.
2. Add 15 g of natural sea-salt in a stirring beaker wait until fully dissolved.
3. Add 15 g of agar into the flask; do not mix.
4. Cover and autoclave medium.
6. Store at refrigerator temperature.
