Cold Spring Harbor website: this has information on several things but particularly two labs that you can do with your students where they participate in a project by contributing some of their own DNA, which is sequenced. My reading of it is that it is not strongly evolutionary in its emphasis, but it does make a connection between human genetics, population genetics and evolution.
